Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Entry Level Production Assistant to support daily operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in production, logistics, and operational support within a structured and team-focused environment. You will assist with material handling, workflow coordination, and general production tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy across operations.
Job: Full time
Salary Range: $18.50 – $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily production tasks to support efficient workflow and operations
- Prepare, organize, and handle materials for processing, packaging, and distribution
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow company procedures and operational guidelines at all times
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
