Position Overview
Gohiya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing projects in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting project operations in a fast-paced business environment.
Job: Full time
Salary Range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and timelines.
- Support project managers with planning, documentation, and task tracking.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project records and reports.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors as needed.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
