Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Staff member to support on-site event operations in Los Angeles, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer interaction, and operational support within a structured and team-focused environment.


Job: Full time

Salary Range: $18.50 – $26.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging materials, signage, equipment, and seating.
  • Welcome and direct guests, vendors, and participants in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, locations, and general event details.
  • Support registration processes, check-in procedures, and guest list verification.
  • Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event flow.


Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment when needed.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
