Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service, administrative support, and professional communication within a structured and team-focused environment.


Job: Full time

Salary Range: $18.50 – $27.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, office procedures, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and security procedures are followed.
  • Route customer or visitor requests and concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Assist in resolving basic inquiries and ensure proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
