Position Overview
We are searching for someone who can be the welcoming face and voice of Gohiya in San Antonio. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a vital role in shaping first impressions, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth front-desk functionality.
Job: Full time
Salary Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and direct visitors to appropriate team members or departments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail and shipments; manage outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate use of conference rooms, calendars, and front-desk resources.
- Coordinate access control, including issuing visitor badges and following office security protocols.
- Relay messages promptly and accurately to relevant staff members.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
